Built from the ground up by NIU students, Vespa Mode pairs a custom-fabricated physical rig with cutting-edge VR integration to deliver a fully immersive Vespa riding simulation. It's equal parts engineering challenge, interactive design showcase, and a testament to what's possible when interdisciplinary collaboration meets real-world ambition. A multi-year, multi-discipline effort, the project spans mechanical fabrication to VR development with every element reflecting the ingenuity and drive of the students behind it.
