Save the date for RHoKNIU, a Random Hack of Kindness!
At 71 North, we believe in the power of kindness and innovation coming together to create real change. This week, we're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for you to do just thatโSave the Date for RHoK NIU: A Random Act of Kindness for Huskie Closet!
In collaboration with The Center for Nonprofit and NGO Studies, we're hosting a two-part Random Hack of Kindness (RHoK) event aimed at tackling the unique challenges faced by NIU's Huskie Closet.
What is RHoK?
Random Hacks of Kindness (RHoK) is a global movement where people come together to solve meaningful community challenges through creativity and tech. This fall, we're bringing that spirit to NIU, focusing on improving the operations and impact of the Huskie Closet, a resource providing free clothing to NIU students in need.
How It Works:
This two-part event, held over two three-hour sessions, allows participants to fully immerse themselves in the Huskie Closet environment, understand the challenges firsthand, and work collaboratively on thoughtful solutions. It is a way to give back and make a lasting difference for the NIU community.
Are you ready to join the movement and use your skills to create positive change?
